Posh sold Aaron Mclean to Hull for £1.3million earlier this month but Fry is determined to hold onto the remaining two of their star trio.
He told the Peterborough Evening Telegraph: "I have had conversations with Blackpool chairman Karl Oysten and manager Ian Holloway.
"They have shown an interest in Boyd and Mackail-Smith as Holloway is an admirer of them both but neither player will be going there as they won't pay what we want.
"We wouldn't sell Boyd for £2million anyway. We turned down £2.5 million last season so why would we sell him for less now?
"We don't need to sell anyone. We are trying to build a team to get promoted."
