The 20-year-old midfielder has moved on loan to London Road for the remainder of the season.
"Jake will give us a bit more bit in midfield, which will certainly give us another option," Posh manager Mark Cooper told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire.
"He is a box-to-box midfielder and we are delighted to have him on board."
